Subscription Agreement
| We spend a lot of time and expense to create this website and
it's content, so we don't want it distributed for free. All
images and pages are the copyrighted property of the photographer
and the creators of the Free Form Studios website. By
purchasing a subscription to the members' section, you are free to
download images and other copyrighted content for your personal use,
but they are not to be distributed to others. Distribution of
Free Form Studios copyrighted content to others without written
permission is illegal, and anyone doing so is subject to legal
action by Free Form Studios to enact appropriate legal remedies,
which can include among other penalties monetary damages and legal
fees, so don't do that. Here are our specific concerns that
would get our attention and precipitate action on our part: 1. Unauthorized and/or disrespectful use of images in email to others, particularly if the recipient would be expected to forward the email to additional recipients. 2. Theft of images for use in newsgroups for free distribution. 3. Theft of content for commercial use. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to cancel the subscription before the renewal date if the subscriber doesn't want the subscription automatically renewed. No guarantees are made concerning the nature, style, quantity and quality of the content because sufficient preview images and pages are available for free. Purchasing a subscription constitutes your agreement to the above. |
